Algemene voorwaarden:

  • Bestelling:
    • Eenmaal de bestelling aangemaakt zal u binnen de 24h een mail ontvangen met de "bevestiging van uw bestelling". Daarin zal alle gegevens instaan i.v.m. de betaling. Let op: Soms kunnen de mails toekomen bij "ongewenste of Spam".
  • Betaling:
    • Binnen de 24h krijgt u de nodige informatie i.v.m. de betaling. Graag willen wij u vragen om de betaling binnen de 7dagen na ontvangst van uw bevestigingsmail uit te voeren. Indien dit niet gebeurd zal op de 8ste dag uw order geannuleerd worden.
  • Levertijd:
    • Uw bestelling zal binnen de 72h na ontvangst van betaling opgestuurd worden. De verzending gebeurd via BPOST.  Levertermijn van BPOST is afhankelijk van de drukte. In uitzonderlijke gevallen duurt de levering van BPOST ongeveer 14dagen.
  • Aansprakelijkheid verzending:
    • Bij standaard verzending (zonder track & trace) kan ik niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor het verlies van de zending bij BPOST.
    • Bij aangetekende verzending (met track & trace) kunnen wij uw pakket volgen en via Bpost contact opnemen indien het pakket niet correct geleverd is of verloren gegaan.

 

 

 

Termes et conditions:

  • Commander:
    • Une fois la commande créée, vous recevrez un email sous 24h avec la "confirmation de votre commande". Il contiendra toutes les données relatives à le paiement. Remarque : Parfois, les e-mails peuvent arriver en « pourriel ou spam ».
  •  Paiement:
    • Dans les 24h, vous recevrez les informations nécessaires concernant le paiement. Nous vous demandons d'effectuer le paiement dans les 7 jours suivant la réception de votre e-mail de confirmation. Si cela ne se produit pas, votre commande sera annulée le 8ème jour.
  • Délai de livraison:
    • Votre commande sera expédiée dans les 72 heures après réception du paiement. L'expédition se fait via BPOST. Le délai de livraison de BPOST dépend de son affluence. Dans des cas exceptionnels, la livraison de BPOST prend environ 14 jours.
  • Responsabilité d'expédition :
    • Avec l'expédition standard (sans track & trace) je ne peux pas être tenu responsable de la perte de l'envoi chez BPOST. Avec l'envoi recommandé (avec suivi et traçabilité), nous pouvons suivre votre colis et nous contacter via Bpost si le colis n'a pas été livré correctement ou s'il a été perdu.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Order:

  • Payment:
    • Within 24 hours you will receive the necessary information regarding the payment. We would like to ask you to make the payment within 7 days after receiving your confirmation email. If this does not happen, your order will be canceled on the 8th day.
  • Delivery time:
    • Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The shipment is done via BPOST. Delivery time of BPOST depends on how busy it is. In exceptional cases, the delivery of BPOST takes approximately 14 days.

  • Shipping liability:
    • With standard shipping (without track & trace) I cannot be held liable for the loss of the shipment at BPOST. With registered shipping (with track & trace) we can track your package and contact us via Bpost if the package has not been delivered correctly or has been lost.
